Authorised agent mandate

When you appoint us to act for you, you grant LRC Labs Ltd (company no. 17311693, registered at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom), trading as Data Deep Clean(“the Agent”), the authority below. It is generated and signed per customer before any request is sent, and it records your name, address, date of birth and email as given in your account.

1. Appointment

You appoint the Agent as your authorised agent and representative to exercise your data-protection rights on your behalf under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What the Agent may do

On your behalf, the Agent may correspond with data brokers, people-search services, and other organisations that process your personal data, and may:

• request erasure of your personal data (Article 17);
• object to the processing of your personal data, including for direct marketing (Article 21);
• request confirmation and access to your personal data where needed to action the above (Article 15);
• request restriction of processing (Article 18);
• receive, on your behalf, correspondence and confirmations relating to these requests; and
• escalate non-compliance, including complaining to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

3. Confirmations you make

• The personal data the Agent will act on is your own, and you are entitled to make these requests.
• The information you have provided to the Agent is accurate.
• Your identity has been (or will be) verified by or for the Agent.

4. To the organisations the Agent contacts

This is the customer’s standing authority for you to deal with the Agent as their representativein relation to the requests above and to send the Agent your responses. If you require additional proof of the customer’s identity or authority before actioning a request, please tell the Agent and they will provide it. Please do not treat the absence of direct contact from the customer as a reason to refuse a valid request. The Agent acts with their authority.

5. Duration and revocation

This authority takes effect on the date it is signed and continues while you have an active account with the Agent, until you revoke it. You may revoke it at any time by closing your account or by notifying the Agent in writing; revocation does not undo requests already made.

6. Signature

The mandate is signed electronically through your Data Deep Clean account. We record the signing method, your account id, and the IP address and timestamp for evidential purposes. The date you sign is stored against your account.
